Analytical balances are highly accurate instruments that measure mass to a readability range of 0.1mg (four decimal places) or less. METTLER TOLEDO analytical balances feature: 

Sample protection
The weighing cell is built with a draft shield to protect samples from air movements that could cause inaccuracies.  The XPR and XSR range of analytical balances feature a hanging weighing pan with a SmartGrid structure, resulting in less surface area for air drafts in the weighing chamber for faster stabilisation. 

Easy functionality
Analytical balances are equipped with intuitive touchscreens, internal adjustment and motorised doors. The instruments can be connected to data management software such as EasyDirect and LabX™.  The XPR range of analytical balances also feature StaticDetect™ to assess and warn about weighing errors caused by static charges.

Simple to clean
Analytical balances have a draft shield that can be effortlessly disassembled from the housing via QuickLock technology.
