UV-Vis micro-volume spectrophotometers are ideal for life science applications such as the concentration and purity determinations of DNA, RNA and protein samples using A280, A260, A260/A280, Bradford and BCA protein assays and more.

Accurate micro-volume measurements – only 1μL of sample is required for reliable measurements.
LockPath™ Technology – measurement accuracy is guaranteed and errors are avoided.
Measurement is taken at two defined pathlengths, allowing a wide concentration range to be covered without further dilutions.
Convenient sample pipetting from either right or left side.
Instruments can perform both micro-volume or cuvette measurements.
