METTLER TOLEDO’s MyBrix digital handheld refractometer measures refractive index as well as sugar content instantly and precisely. With a full Brix range (0.0 – 95.0 °Brix) and 10 integrated sugar-related scales, the MyBrix handheld refractometer is perfect for fast and automatic sugar determination of almost any food and beverage sample. Ideal for determining the optimal harvesting time of fruits and vegetables, performing incoming goods inspection, or process and quality control in fruit juice, wine, beer, soft drinks and food manufacturing.

Measurements in seconds

The MyBrix refractometer measures refractive index as well as sugar content instantly and precisely. Simply add the sample on the prism, press read and obtain results within just 2 seconds in the desired scale.

With MyBrix’s modern ergonomic design – compact, lightweight, robust and weatherproof (IP65 rated) – measurements can be performed for any type of sugar content and sugar unit virtually anywhere – in the field, near the production line or in a quality control lab.   Additional features include a rubberized keypad, easy-to-clean prism dish and long battery life.

Reliable results

Results are automatically temperature compensated and converted into up to 3 of the 10 integrated sugar-related scales, including Brix, Oechsle, Baumé and many more.  Digital refractometers increase results reliability in comparison with analog refractometers, eliminating operator dependency and assisting with error detection.  Accurate measurements, no matter the light conditions.
